Denman Grand Prix winner
Ran Yaar was a double winner at the Denman Grand Prix tournament held last weekend. In addition to winning the Sportsmanship Award, he also won the “B” draw, narrowing beating Darrell Heathman 9-7 in the deciding game.

Throughout his five-match odyssey, Ran was very entertaining to watch as he clearly has fun on the court. What is the sound of one hand clapping on a squash racket? It’s probably hard to hear, but I’m sure Ran’s opponents appreciate the gesture.

Congratulations to Ran! Sportsmanship award winners receive an engraved glass paperweight bearing their name and tournament details within 3 weeks of their victory.
