2004 Evergreen Squash Tournament
Results
This year we had a record 75 entries representing
58 teams played in the summer doubles tournament hosted by Evergreen
Squash Club July 13 -18th. This is up from 47 teams last year
which was a record then. Wow!
The mens Open event was dominated by old timers on the circuit
with Mark Heaney and Kevin Johnson proving they still have what
it takes to win an event by beating Greg Desaulnier and Marv Mizinski
3 - 1 in the finals.
The womens events was won by the team of Karen Levine
(all the way from Atlanta, Georgia!) and Sue Kaffka who beat Annette
Soane and first year rookie Debi Grupe.
