- As tournament participation has
declined over past years. It is a major goal of BC Doubles
to reverse this trend. So we would like to know what are the
issues stopping you from entering tournaments and what can
be changed to make you want to play?
- One of the complaints from female
doubles player's is the low numbers of females playing. What
can BC Doubles do to introduce females to the game and increase
the number of females playing doubles? For instance, is there
any merit in continuing with separate Men's and Ladies events
or should we move to eliminate the Ladies category and simply
combine the two into one event.

The 14th Annual Gamble 100 Handicap Doubles
Tournament in honour of Ross (The Rabbit) Gamble, runs from December
2nd to 6th at VRC and VLTBC. You can play a minimum of 3 matches,
enjoy good company, beer and food on Tuesday and wine and cheese
on Saturday for only $25 and a charitable

Championship 2003
The VanCity Canadian National Doubles
Squash Championships for 2003 were hosted by the Evergreen Squash
Club and Hollyburn Country Club, February 25 to March 2, 2003.
Over 200 avid Doubles fans watched Eric Vlcek / Tyler Millard
defeat 3-times Canadian Champions Taylor Fawcett / Paul Deratnay
for the Canadian Championship. All the age categories were well
